PROBLEMS AND ISSUES I recently moved in to find that they had not painted my apartment and i had stains and scuffs all over my walls. All they did was put spots of paint everywhere and of course it is a disaster because I have splotchy walls in my brand new apartment. ISNT MANAGEMENT SUPPOSED TO WALK APARTMENTS BEFORE RESIDENTS MOVE IN?? the pipes under my kitchen sink keep falling off! the maintenance supervisor told me it was normal?!
