The staff is all stars! From Tracy's soft but firm touch to Ariana's appointment tracking and Cathy's contagious laughter, they make you feel welcomed every time. Dr. Golden is great as he makes you feel cared for under his careful supervision. I have pretty healthy teeth but my husband has gotten lots of work done and we couldn't be happier!

I've been going to Williamsbridge Dental since I was a child all the way into adulthood. All of the receptionists at the front are so welcoming as soon as you walk in. I've had plenty of work done by Dr. Golden and all have been exceptionally done. I've had work done ranging from root canals, crowns, Lumineers etc. Tracey have been doing my cleanings for years and assisting me in resolving any concerns that I may have about my very sensitive teeth and suggesting work I can do to improve my smile and boost my overall confiden... read more
I've been coming to Williamsbridge Dental for years, and will continue to do so, along with all of my family. The office is clean with a comforting atmosphere. Everyone at the office is kind, caring, diligent, personable and quite comforting to all of their clients, treating each person like the individual they are, with the best care. Always feels like home to me.
If you work and take off work to come here, just don't even consider them. They have canceled my appointment on the morning of multiple times. They will adjust your time without confirming with you first. If you have nothing going on in your life and are okay with your dentist switching your appt time to whenever they feel like it, this is the place for you. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE. Save yourself the hassle. Go elsewhere. Terrible quality at this location. DO NOT COME HERE

Staff was friendly but treatment was deficient. The staff in the back took a lot of x-rays but when it came to my cleaning the hygienist did very little cleaning and nothing on back teeth. The "good" cleaning" was to be done in the future she said-- this they called deep clearning with flouride and of course she did not mention the out of pocket costs. When the dentist appeared there seemed to be a problem reading my x-rays and even though I had pain he was unsure as to how to proceed. His recommendation was to use a... read more

Today was the 3rd time I had an appointment & they called to reschedule. The 1st two times they called me the day of to reschedule then tried to tell me I was late after I explained I wouldn't get there before my 11am appointment. The final straw was today, asking me to reschedule an appointment they called & texted me to confirm. They respect NO ONE'S time & they staff gossip about patients in front of other patients! DON'T waste your time!

Had a number of uncomfortable experiences there in the past years. The only reason why I stayed as long as I did was for the hygienist, Tracy, who seams to be the only professional in the office. Do yourself a favor and find another dentist. Mike P.
People be aware!! I was charge $5,000 dollars out of my packet to extract the two teeth in the back of my mouth, they have my insurance info and said they will process it later to see if I get reimburse. I still can't believe I proceed with this. I guess they think anybody has 5k to spend anytime. I was desperate to get this done, now I feel like a dummy to allow this people take my hard, very hard earn money vanish like dust in the wind.
