This was a horrible experience. I went to this dentist, the youngest of the bunch, three years ago and I have not step foot inside this place again. She had no idea how to fill cavities and within 2 months of having cavities filled I had two root canals done at an emergency dental office because of the excruciating pain I was in. The Williamsbridge dental had done such a bad job the emergency place thought these were cavities I filled years ago . When I told them it was only 2 months they were appalled. I have had mostly good experiences here. There appointments are always prompt and there staff friendly and well trained. Today thou was a total disappointment thou and I feel quite violated. They wanted me to see the specialist today and at no point did they inform me that I would have to pay $75.00 out of pocket for a ten minute session where they pretty much told me what I already knew.
