Dr. Gurski has always been wonderful towards myself and my kids that are also patients there. Dr. D'Agostino is great too! We've been going here for many years. Highly recommend.

Amazing staff and a great place to get your dental work! I was recommended this dentist by a friend and I am so thankful for it. Their staff are very friendly and really care about their patients. They take the time to talk to you before and after the dental work about your concerns.

Walking in and leaving with a smile is important, but at age 75 I've had two different dentists cost me $4,000 each, 60 and 45 years later; they are no longer practicing. But I've also had a serious stroke, which brings me to my point. A person who has had a serious stroke must find a restorative dentist who does the right thing, the first time, every time. The week before Christmas I developed a wicked intense toothache. I hadn't seen a dentist in a couple of years and I knew, I just knew, that this was bad news. In most cases, doctors and dentists won't see new patients with any kind of urgency. I did my research and I saw so many good reviews for this place that I felt confident I would be happy and comfortable going there. My first appointment went pretty good and the hygienist was very nice. At this point I met Dr. D'Agostino who told me I had cavities. He suggested I get the 2 on the one side of my mouth done at the same time and I agreed that it sounded like a good idea. Prior to joining The Smilist, Gurski & D'Agostino was a fantastic practice. Definitely 5. After....let's just say it's been disappointing. Scheduled appointments disappearing. Appointments being cancelled and being rescheduled out 4-5 months. Lost payments and having to provide a receipt to prove that it was paid. No invoices only a text/email link to a 3rd party payment portal. Claims filed incorrectly with insurance - multiple times. We are not happy. Love Kathy & Mark, but The Smilist is a sh!tshow.

I have seen Dr Kathy for years. However I recently have changed to a smaller, more personal dentist. During the blizzard I had to cancel my appointment. When I went to reschedule, they couldn't see me until the end of August because I couldn't come in at 8:15am. (I work 2nd shift.) The lady was rude and gave me an "oh well" attitude.
