One star because the dental hygenist I had was super nice and did a good job but two big issues: Dr Gurski seems to overbook and rush with patients, I had a cavity filled and did not have enough numbing anesthesia so felt pain. Also if you don't cancel 24 hours ahead they DOUBLE BILL. Sometimes you get sick and I was being nice enough not to come in and spread germs to the staff so I should not be double booked for being considerate. I am a former patient of over 15 years, Overall my experience was a good one, excellent dental hygienist, and Dr. Gurski is a wonderful doctor, but today I had an minor issue in which I wanted to discuss with dr. d'agostino, he enters the room and tells me immediately if I don't like something I can go somewhere else, without hearing one word from me. What awful patient interaction, he was rude, condescending, and disrespectful.
