Great dentist office. Staff very friendly, they are always on time for appointments, Dr. Handle does a fast, thorough, and painless job (...well, as painless as possible for dental work). Only downside is they seem much more expensive than other dentists I have been to or called on for competitive quotes.

This dental office was horrific. I went for a cleaning and the dentist recommended an implant even though my last dentist recommended the same tooth be capped. They gave me a plan of care and i signed off on it and so did the office manager. They pulled my tooth and when i went back to srart the implant they told me they misquoted and wanted to charge me $3500 more. What a bait and switch. I would never go back to the Wayne Smilist office again.

Thank you for your resopnse Dr. Handel. Although I was hoping you would have more control over your own website and your office staff's behavior and their lack of insurance company related knowledge. This was not about Aetna's website as much as it was about your office staff and your website which had incorrect information listed which would not have been as a big deal if they did not try to gas light me about their mistakes. Let me start by saying, the office staff was extremely friendly and kind. I was a brand new patient. I was a new patient and I feel it's important to note that I do go to the dentist 2x a year as recommended. They performed several xrays, exam etc..so I was a bit surprised to hear that I had 7 issues that needed to be addressed. I had received a clean dental bill of health just 6 months ago. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM! This business uses an "we pay you back" insurance policy to scam their patients out of hundreds if not thousands of dollars. You're instructed to pay the full amount prior to insurance, and their "in-house" insurance company will ostensibly reimburse you. Well, I was told by my dentist that I would not be charged for x-rays as they are "complimentary" every year. DO NOT GO HERE FOR CROWNS, GET THEM DONE SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I've had to come back multiple times to re insert my crown. There is nothing wrong with it, they must be applying temporary cement on the crown. CROWNS ARE SUPPOSED TO FALL OUT IN A TWO WEEK TIME FRAME. Dentists here are either incompetent, or applying temporary cement. This is the worst establishment, I've ever been to. If I could give it a zero, I would.

We all had our initial visits and cavities filled there. The dentist was efficient and quick. Our concerns lay with the woman in charge of financial advisement. She followed me out to my car to sign papers-even though I said I would come right back after the phone call I received. We were also asked to pay upfront before we had any service done on our teeth.
