The Smilist Whitestone used to be great when Dr. Morrissey and Dr. Stanescu were there. Hence, I have been a loyal patient for the past few years. However, my recent appointments with Dr. Lew have been the WORST experience I've ever had with a dentist. My grandmother and I were both seen by her a few times, and we were met with an unfriendly and abrupt demeanor for all of our appointments. Dr. Lew walks in without saying hello to either of us. DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL PRACTICE! Incompetent and unethical. They cheated my 90 year old mother out of $1500. They were given instructions from her periodontist but made the wrong product by mistake. instead of taking responsibility for their error, they took advantage that my mother didn't know what they had been charging for and they refused to give her a refund even though the mistake was theirs.

I went to this office to get a quote on dentures. I was told to get implants and braces I said no I don't want to undergo all these things I just want dentures and that's it they said ok and rescheduled me because The doctor that can do dentures was not available... ok so I rescheduled and came back and when I sat in the Chair they asked me why I was here ??? Background 1) was looking to fix a protruding top front tooth. I had braces over 20 years ago, teeth are relatively straight. Would consider myself a light case. Background 2) A previous dentist from diff practice (not ortho) charged me $3500 for what he advertised as Invisalign but was actually a diff brand- Clear Correct. Experience at Smilist: the only ortho on staff Dr F says my case is more complex because my overbite will soon cause my bones to grind down and therefore I need to fix both my top and bottom with Invisa... read more

For the record. This place sent me a private message back in 2015 asking for a second chance to make things right. The business owner response to my original review was posted YEARS later. Both by someone claiming to be "Philip". And they used different stock photos both time. It's a photo of an Asian man now. It was a photo of a White man when I was private messaged. If you're going to use a stock photo, use an inanimate object. Don't use a photo of a person who is not you and use their face to make you more personable.

The most unprofessional and irresponsible service. Had a 3pm appt for implant caps (that I am paying a lot out of pocket for) waited patiently over an hour to be seen. Only to be brought to the back, seated and prepped to be told that they're not ready. Meaning that they didn't even bother to make sure what I needed was ready and correct before I even showed up. No explanation, only I'm sorry's. Everyone's time is precious and they wasted mine. Do not recommend to anyone.
Hi, I went to this dentist because it was close to my job, I wanted to get a cleaning, so I said let me give them a try. I was surprised to see they were located in a strip mall. The front desk receptionist was pleasant until I asked to use the restroom. She said it was broken I needed to go to the nearby restaurant. I was not pleased with her answer and ask to speak to the dentist, she began to get very rude.
