Sasha Wilson created an unpleasant, uncomfortable, and horrible experience when working with her. She lacked communication skills and patience when explaining details, such as the loan number, when being on a recorded phone call with my insurance agent. She also had the nerve to tell me once when I asked if I could email her since I'm not allowed to be on my phone at work by saying "well I'm busy too". The Brown Team was very responsive to my emails and helpful in explaining a lot of the home buying process. There was however, last minute documents needed for closing that I felt could've been asked for way before closing and some documents were even asked for AFTER closing by the underwriting team. I would work with the Brown Team again, in hopes that things would be more timely and organized.

I would have preferred the communication to be better. I started off with working with Nic. Nic was great and very responsive. Once my loan moved along to the next phase and process the communication dropped. I had to constantly send emails and get late response from Will. I wasn’t successful in reaching him by phone. I was stressed out the more closer to going to the closing table.
