It was easy to work with Laura and her team. They were very responsive both by phone and email . They were always willing to answer questions or provide information. As a first time homebuyer and one who still finds value in having in-person interaction, it would have been nice to have at least an in-person introduction or orientation to the process, the team, and to Bank South.
