We would have preferred a better communication from our loan officer . It would take us 5 e-mail exchanges to understand what exactly was needed when a phone call could have helped. Could have also been advised early on to revisit joint mortgage ownership especially when the second name involved a LLC. We were submitting and resubmitting documents till the very end. All banks thrive on engagement ; but it didn’t feel that way.
