The overall process was smooth at the beginning. However, When documents were asked for they were submitted right away, but 2 days prior to closing, I had to go back and re-print several items that were already received which almost cost me to miss my closing date/time… closing was pushed back 3 hours later, because of a document that needed to be generated (which should have been asked on the front end) and had to call 2 to 3 times for that document and wait for final approval the day of closing….
