Laura, Nic, and William seemed genuinely concerned with my best interest from the first conversation I had with each of them all the way thru to my signing day. This was my first home purchase, and I assumed as a preferred lender there would be snags or other 'non-financial costs' of taking preferred lender credit, but the entire process was nothing but pleasant. I can't stress enough how much Laura's team genuinely cared about my situation.

From beginning to end, my pre-approval through closing was somewhat seamless. Laura and her team stayed in constant communication with me to ensure that I closed on my home without any problems. When I had questions, she was responsive, and when I needed guidance, she gave her professional opinion. The bonus was, after I had already been referred by my agent to consult with Laura, I pulled up to the builder's office and saw that she was the preferred lender for the property I wanted to purchase!

smooth process. great communication. overall a good decision. only thing i would change is the amount of people that were working on my file. I would have liked to have met everyone at once just to know who's who.
