This is my first home and I’ve been hearing horror stories about the long drawn out process of applying for a mortgage loan. My experience was completely different at BankSouth Mortgage. Nic Smith was my Banker Assistant who started helping me through the process and Sasha Wilson was my loan processor. They were very friendly, informative, professional and most of all responsive. They answered every question I had and went as far as giving me advice that was in my best interest. Awesome team.
