Although we never met in person, he gave me a sense of confidence and assurance that he was working to help meet our needs and to help get us pre approved. Nic was very transparent and when we had given up, he was still working on our file. Working with Laura Brown and her team was awesome. When I purchased my first home I had an agent; however, I did not have one this time and I didn't need one because if I had any questions I could Laura or Nic if they didnt answer the phone immediately they returned my call in less than 24 hours.
