From start to finished, the bank south rep Nic was very helpful and there to answer ANY question. Although we never met in person, he gave me a sense of confidence and assurance that he was working to help meet our needs and to help get us pre approved. Nic was very transparent and when we had given up, he was still working on our file. The entire bank south team worked together to make the process smooth and we are just so thrilled with the outcome.

Working with Laura Brown and her team was awesome. When I purchased my first home I had an agent; however, I did not have one this time and I didn't need one because if I had any questions I could Laura or Nic if they didnt answer the phone immediately they returned my call in less than 24 hours. I was impressed when Laura called me on a Sunday to see if I had questions about anything after I signed my contract. I was truly impressed by BankSouth level of professionalism and care.

The whole team kept me Informed during the entire loan process. Also, the recommendations for insurance was great, I was able to find a cheaper company with the same benefits. The overall experience was pleasant and pretty much seamless.

Process ran very smoothly, Laura and Nic were responsive and understanding, which is a relief from previous mortgage loan processors I have worked with. With few exceptions they made the process simple and clear without a lot of jargon. Thanks
