I went to dr hosny after i tore my labrum while rock climbing. I told him that i didn't want surgery. He did a thorough examination to determine what would be best for me. He suggested that i get a PRP injection. He explained why it was beneficial for my case. The injections were easy and not too painful. After, my shoulder has felt 100% better and i have gotten back to rock climbing and lifting. I'm thankful that i was able to avoid surgery and was able to get back to my active lifestyle.
After struggling with neck pain for years and going through physical therapy and suffering on a daily basis, Dr. Hosny diagnosed and treated my neck pain. I'm not 100% pain free, but I'm off all my medications and have much more movement. The staff is amazing and the doctors are all top notch.
Dr. Hosny and his staff are amazing! Dr. Hosny is always professional and on time. He understands that your time is as valuable as his. He was very thorough, detailed and extremely professional. Dr. Hosny is very knowledgable and gave me numerous options. I highly recommended him.

I was having horrible back of head pain and headaches. I went to my regular doctor and a neurologist and they just wanted me to take a ton of pills. Dr. Hosny knew exactly what I was going through and suggested an Occipital Nerve Block. I was nervous about having needles stuck in the back of my head but it was quick and basically painless. Highly recommend Dr. Hosny and his team!
I went to see Dr. Hosney in the Paramus office after a botched ablation and experience with an awful pain management dr. I found Dr Hosney to be amazing, for lack of a better word. I went based on his reviews and wasn't let down at all. The entire office is wonderful and he took a long time with me. He reassured me we would get down to the reason for my intense pain. I highly recommend him. You wont be disappointed.
Im a medical professional as well as a pt. and tend to scrutinize physicians and their staff. This practice has been the utmost in professional and are a group of kind compassionate people. Every single individual from the scheduling staff, Tracey, Jo, Dr. Mehta, Dr. Hosny and all the others who were kind and attentive to all my needs during each visit. Although nobody looks forward to having procedures done Dr. Hosny and staff provide hope that they will do everything to make it tolerable.
First, the office staff at the NY Pain Center is great, very professional and very very friendly. As for Dr. Gupta, she kept me waiting for over an hour, both for my in-person appt and my subsequent telehealth appt (which I finally canceled because I was so annoyed at waiting for so long). Her demeanor is cold didn't shake hands or even introduce herself like most doctors do. I had a different experience than most of the others here on Google. I worked with Dr. Gupta and had a rough go which included these issues: 1. It was very difficult getting a hold of Dr. Gupta-Having her in the NYC office, only once a week (Thursdays), made it increasingly hard to get quick responses. Since she works out of another office most of the time, getting her to respond to questions/issues I had, there was a lot of time in between getting a resolution. 2.
