I've seen similar reviews for this provider, but she clearly likes/dislikes patients and provides care according to her biased emotions. She was always snide and dismissive. Beyond providing bad care, she constantly charged for "visits" that were follow up calls that lasted under a minute with appointments always starting late. I understand charging for pulling up charts, etc. but there was zero thought or effort given into her caregiving.
Virtual appointments are a joke. I made an appointment for 10am, called at 10 to hear "Dr. Gupta is with a patient and will call you back shortly." Ok, that's fine, things go off schedule. 2pm still nothing, same response from office. 430pm and I finally get a phone call. I guess they called earlier and it went right to voicemail? Sure ok, it happens. But then I have the same experience 2 more times. No missed calls, no voicemails, no evidence they even tried to contact me. It also doesn't help that they are all too willing ... read more
He needs new staff and a new personality. I would NOT recommend. See someone else
