i hate it so i pick city heights magnolia place apartment dale street new Iberia Louisiana 1001 way more better than that because i would never ever kill anybody

Honestly it’s waste of your money it may look nice and clean outside the rooms but I recommend u check the room before signing the lease if u don’t want be disappointed, unprofessional stuff with fake smile , nothing is working (WiFi,ac,door locks. And what I heard of the Mail always missing . I don’t recommend it here !

Sounds affordable until you start tacking on all the extra fees. With not even a kitchenette and the crazy food fees it just seems unlivable for an adult. Even just having a shred kitchen per floor woulf fix the problem but I guess they didnt think of that/ too busy trying to milk your checkbook.

A short list of horror stories about my time at Suites on Paseo: - their A/C unit malfunctioned and flooded my apartment. Suites on Paseo not only refused to accept responsibility for the damages to my belongings, but belittled me and lied straight to my face. -When they realized I’d gone back to the east coast for the summer, they stopped cleaning my apartment, despite the fact that this was an advertised accommodation. - After being moved to a new unit, they failed to switch my key card, which led to me being forced to ... read more

You do not want to live here! The managers and a few of the security guards are morbidly obese, so they get super insecure about people who work out, even going as far as to mess with your belongings (vehicle, clothes, food). The bistro is full of incompetent older women who try to use you for validation, acting as if this is some sort of dating game, when all you're trying to do is go from point a to point b, getting your food along the way, and engaging in slight small talk when they need someone to talk to. There is no privacy. The maintenance and cleaning team would enter any time. They'd just knock once. I went on vacation and found my xbox full of water from the ac and in a different position. They didn't cover any of it, instead, told me it was my fault. In addition, the place is really small for the price.
Good direction at SDSU , but dirty rooms, poor service, and staff wont help with anything. Security deposit has not been reimbursed for almost 3 months, everytime is a different excuse. DONT CHOOSE SUITES ON PASEO!
