Rooms are incredibly small. Literally no walking space with 2 people in the room. Noisy community. Elevators take forever. A/C, T.V. and internet had multiple problems. Restraunt is terrible, and rooms only come with a microwave, so you can't really cook healthy meals. Traffic in the area is terrible because there is always construction. Events at SDSU make it worse. Cops literally everywhere around the area. Drug addicts and homeless constantly walking the area as well. Not worth what you pay, you can get a studio apartment... read more

The place is unclean most times (almost always). No one in the office can hardly help me. The room I lived in was small and the room above me was making loud noises all day and night. I made a complaint about it to the office and they couldn't do anything about it so the place is terrible so I wouldn't recommend rooming here.

As we do have an on site housekeeping staff and would like to relay the message to them if any specific areas are repeatedly unclean. Being a college property, occasionally common areas can be a little unkempt, but we really try to do our best at keeping the property maintained. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. The mailbox keys never ever works. SMALL ROOM. You can find cheaper room behind 750/month. THE 3rd floor has noise everyday. The second was not that quite. The 1st is the worst. STAY AWAY IF U CAN.
