This is my second year here and I haven’t had any complaints! The staff is super friendly and will go out of their way to help you with any situation. I had a breakdown in an elevator and one of the cleaning lady’s was so sweet and asked if I needed anything to cheer me up :,)!
I've lived here for 8 years and I love it. I like that it has good security, you have to have a key card to get through the gate, through the main door, and then into your room. There is also a security guard on the property during the night. They have a housekeeping staff who will come in and clean your room every other week. I recently moved into The Essential and have had a very traumatic experience. The landlord has repeatedly asked me to rub his big stomach or else my rent will be doubled. Additionally, on Tuesday afternoons, they try to lick me despite my objections. When I tell them that their tongue smells like sewage, they do not stop. The landlord, who weighs 800 pounds, has repeatedly invaded my privacy by eating the food out of my fridge and calling me a rentoid. I have tried to address these issues with the landlord, but they have not been receptive to my concerns. In fact, they have continued to engage in this behavior despite my objections. I would not recommend this place to any body. I have called several times about trying to get my security deposit back and they have done nothing. I never got billed anything or received a notice for anything and it's been almost 2 months since I've moved out. They keep blaming new management but they have to have some kind of records that they switched over to have everyone's security deposit. Those things don't just disappear even if you do switch management. Just beware of this if you do move in you could get scammed out ... read more
