My grandmother moved in to the Summit (formerly the Sheridan) in July 2022. She lived there until her passing in March 2024 at age 94. It was her third ALF since her stroke in 2016, and it was by far the best. I live about five minutes away and so I was there often. I was able to see first-hand the attention and care she received from all of the staff. My mom is very happy there and likes it better than her independent living apartment before she moved in to the Sheridan. The reason for the four is I always believe there's room for improvement and nothing's perfect.

The thing we like the best is the longevity of the team at the Sheridan. They are a cohesive unit that seems to be on the same page regarding the mission of the community. Ultimately that adds to the quality of care and is very much appreciated. We also like the size of the community. Not too big, not to small; just right.

Overall, it is good. The staff is warm and welcoming. My loved one enjoys the food, it is excellent. think that before and after meals the residents hands and mouths should be cleaned. The laundry comes that does not belong to my loved one on numerous occasions. Some of his sheets, towels and are missing through their laundry service. So, now he doesn't have them anymore. My mom is in memory care. We picked this community because of the staff. The caregivers are wonderful, the activities staff are amazing. They as a company are respectful and knowledgeable, the nurses are good and everyone is accessible and responsive.

My mom has lived here since 2018 I am happy and so is my mom. I would recommend this community to others. I am pleased with the care and my mom feels safe. She has activities all day long and she enjoys the things she goes to.

I looked around and found this place to be the best because it has a wonderful atmosphere. I am happy with every department. My stay here is going wonderfully so I recommend it to everyone. If I see someone looking around I tell them not to look any further than this community.

I have been here since 2018. I don't have much to compare this place with but I have to say they are near the top. Maintenance is responsive and can fix almost anything. Care staff is respectful and responsive.
