Management is full of s***. They don't really do much besides sit in the office and pretend to work. 95% of the time you even try to reach out to them, they do not answer their phone. The maintenance is a joke. Sure they work hard, if you consider sleeping with tenants, waking up tenants at ridiculous hours during the night because they are drinking outside and partying with the tenant they are...
Absolutely no customer service - no follow through on repairs - staff in office cannot keep accurate records regarding leases - they fail to provide executed copies of lease to all parties - they fail to forward notices that they are legally bound to forward regarding lease renewals and or options to terminate. They have not treated apartment for cockroaches - failed to repair bathroom leaks -...
The office is spending time writing bogus reviews...and not taking care of business. I was blessed with the opportunity to move out of this drug-infested, cock-roach infested hole 3 years ago at which time I shared my thoughts. All of a sudden...one gleaming review after another...HEY FRONT OFFICE!!!...Have you replaced the moldy carpet in my old apartment yet?!? Seriously...
terrible, terrible- Been here a long time because my kids go to school here. Finally moving out! maintenance doesn't fix anything, management is terrible. They try to get you when you leave on things you complained about but they never fixed- RUN, RUN AWAY!
Notice how all of a sudden there are some good reviews? hmmm- I just moved out- the apartments are old, old, old and outdated. They show you updated model homes but once you move in you'll see how bad it is. the neighbors are crazy- one time I parked in a parking spot and a neighbor banged on my door because he said it was his parking spot- these weren't even assigned. maintenance don't fix...
If I had known what the staff was really like here I would have gone somewhere else. Trying to get any thing fixed around here is like pulling teeth. The Asst. Mgr here ------- well she is a joke. She acts like she is better than the residents here she will talk about you behind your back.
