The staff were great ,yes I would live stay there again The rooms were a little small ,but over all it worked for the amount of time they we needed to stay there. Convenient easy access to the beach

Much needed weekend in San Juan The room was not what I expected - it was small & the bathroom was cramped. I would stay here again but I’d book way in advance so I have better room options to select from. The room was not worth what we paid for Friendly staff, prime location on the Condado strip, plenty food options within walking distance, bed was comfy & the hotel was clean.

Very Good Elevator broke and we were on the 4th floor. Water was cold and very low pressure. Very kind and professional staff. Orlando was very welcoming.

Good The staff at wicked Lilly was not the most pleasant, especially the host and hostess. Air conditioning is loud and it felt very humid in the room. You need a softer pillow option. Finally, it felt expensive for what I got. Location

Awesome team The patio was amazing and I love the beachfront The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We traveled a long way and they made our stay feel like home away from home

Don’t be scared by the bad reviews Only issue we had and I do mean only is that they took a little longer to get our room cleaned. Check in was at 4 we didn’t get in our room until 5:50. But they said they was short of staff and once I seen the room I understand what took so long especially if it was only one person as we was told. We took 6 people and booked the 3 bedroom signature apartment. Let me just say this when I opened the door I was blown away. For what we paid compared to where we stayed was amazing.
