Pleasant No tiene parking. Es como tener un hotel sin habitaciones. Lo otro poco espacio en la habitación. La vista a la playa y eso es un regalo de Dios. El personal muy amigable.

En relacion a lo que menciona del Parking, podemos informarle que tenemos una capacidad limitada de estacionamientos. Solo tenemos 9 espacios disponibles, por lo cual a eso se debió que Ud. no encontrara estacionamiento disponible. Buen lugar Para lo que yo buscaba, todo fue excelente, no tengo queja. La ubicación es excelente, está frente a la playa y cerca de lo que como turista buscas conocer de una ciudad. El personal es súper amable, la comida del restaurante es muy buena. La habitación es chiquita pero es cómoda para lo que uno como turista busca, q es solamente llegar a dormir, la cama y las almohadas súper.

I would definitely stay there again. Found a dead roach in my room. But that won't stop me from staying there again. Definitely the location and the hotel was beautiful

We will check what might have happened as we have a Contract with a Pest Control Company that provide us with service on regular basis.
Pleasant the rooms are very small and did not look like the photos. No balcony upgrading to the beach view was not worth it The outside bar and the location right in front of the beach.

Good May be staffing is less please hire some more employees to assist customers quicker and better Nice location very close to many restaurants as well beach front access from hotel

Good you can’t regulate the hot water in the shower. it just disappear while you’re having a shower for some reason. I liked how close the hotel from the beach, the Old San Juan, the airport and shops.

Very Good Room too small for two people The location was excellent as it was right on the beach. The room was small, but the view was magnificent. The staff were great and aimed to please.
