My aunt had a problem with a few different facilities in the past so I was very skeptical. when I came to this home I immediately felt an overwhelming inviting feeling of home. i was taking care of my husband by myself for about 6 years but it became to much for me to handle on my own and all of my children live out of state, I hesitated on putting him in a home because I personally didn't want to be put in one but after visiting the Valencia I felt this was the home for him and maybe in the future the home for me.

It took me a while to find a place that I truly felt comfortable placing my father but once I went and toured the home I knew that this was going to be the best place for him and after seeing first hand how happy and well taken care of the residents were it truly put my mind at ease and really let me know that he would be receiving the best care that he needs

My amazing 98-year-old grandma spent 7 months at Valencia. We and Grandma fell in love with a few of the caregivers, so this shout-out is to [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed]! Grandma (GG) wasn't easy but they all came around to her and got their "boops" on the nose and "pats" of appreciation. The caregivers are really what makes the place and these 3 ladies were exemplary in their care for our GG.

My mom has been a resident for over a year now. The current care team is fantastic! The home is immaculate and cheerful. [name removed] and her team provided loving care to my mother-in-law. [name removed] is very knowledgeable medically as well and diagnosed and helped my mom-in-law recover from a serious infection. In addition, [name removed] and her team were always caring towards family members. We are so grateful and comforted and thank you for your care.

Valencia Home's current care team has really set the bar for other homes to achieve. My grandmother was a special woman and deserved the best. I know she was in the best hands with real care and dedication from the Manger, [name removed], herself to every caregiver. The home is lovely in itself but what's a home without the people that make it what it is daily. [names removed] much thanks for everything you do.

Thank you [names removed] Hospice of the Valley - who came up often, for the excellent care you gave our Mom, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother, [name removed] these past few months. The love and selflessness of each of you showed to [name removed] and our family was incredible and unsurpassed. Your care definitely extended her life and gave her the best 90 plus days possible. I have worked with a number of homes in the Phoenix area in my work with a local hospice organization. I’ve been visiting The Valencia Home for some time to visit a couple of residents . The home itself is beautiful, the caretakers are warm and truly interested in making the residents feel cares for and special.
