Indeed, the Victorian Apartments is a great place to live!! The location is great given the resources that are surrounding!! Mr. Ross has been very effective and efficient in regards to handling and resolving the various issues we have brought to his attention!! Also, Mr. Ross is to be commended for the manner by which he effectively manages how tedious the responsibilities of being a Property Manager.

Verified Renter I have been here just two weeks but so far I love The Victorian Apartments. The building is a little old but my studio is everything I wanted and at a great price, especially given the fantastic location. The managerial staff have been extremely helpful and responsive to my service requests.

Although that I do have a section 8 voucher yesterday I called the manager and he got a attitude with me just because I wanted to know that that if he had the rent offer or not so I don’t know what to do from here he’s talked about putting me on the waitlist I did not like how he talk to me and I kept my cool for all this time Other than that the apartments are pretty cool
