Verified Renter It's an older building, but the price point is great for younger folks, college students, or people who want to save a bit more. The maintenance and property staff are so nice and helpful. The location is also amazing.

Verified Renter My apartment is in excellent condition. I love our property manager is on site along with a very updated look in the apartments. Also being within walking distance of Hyde Parks stores and restaurants. We are also very close to the lakefront and the Museum of Science and Industry!
