Verified Renter It's an older building, but the price point is great for younger folks, college students, or people who want to save a bit more. The maintenance and property staff are so nice and helpful. The location is also amazing.

Verified Renter The Victorian Apartments are located close to downtown Hyde Park many restaurants coffee shops. The Museum of Science and Industry and lots of tourists attractions along with public transportation.
