I recently applied and Elizabeth claims she called my phone and left voicemails when she didn’t (I have proof) she was also extremely passive aggressive in the emails she sent and rude during our phone call. They kept giving us mixed signals about submitting the digital income and wouldn’t return our calls/voicemails until today. I will be applying elsewhere. Don’t waste your $45 on an application.
In emergency’s they don’t do the repairs how they are supposed too. I have licks and for the past 2 weeks no one has came to fix it plus it raining all week and still nothing . All my carpet and furniture is getting damaged. Plus parking here really bad . They have not done anything to improve that . Even the guest parking is now taken away .
I have neutral feelings. The staff is very friendly. Only problem is when I moved in 3 years ago I asked for things to be fixed that is still not fixed. My patio is a safety hazard and my ceiling and walls are cracking and I have mold in both my bathrooms. The amount of rent paid we have to deal with homeless people sleeping around either in the wash or in front of your unit.
These apartments are intentional with their lack of parking so they can call tow companies and make money from each car towed. They have raised rent prices but haven’t invested in any improvements to parking, homes or property. They have an active lawsuit pending bc they don’t return deposits or show the correct amount for deductions. The worst part of it all is that they take advantage of the fact that many people don’t have anywhere else to go and this Company refuses to make living situations better.
