The Village at Northridge is beautiful and the staff is so accommodating and friendly. After reading some of the comments, I am shocked. We have had nothing but a positive experience with the community and staff. The food is excellent and choices are abundant. My parents are very happy here.
My mothe moved in to the Village of Northridge one year ago. She has a large and beautiful apartment. The facilities are beautiful. There is a large living room with a fireplace, hair salon, gym, movie theater, inernet cafe (computers) and an outdoor pool. There are many activities for the residents to particpate in all day long. The Village also has concerts for the residents on Sundays and Wednesdays. On Tuesday, the Big Band plays for the residents. The Village also provides an "Happy Hour" every day. This place is ideal. People are friendly. Staff is exceptional. Apartments are well kept.

My father Sam was 95&1/2 when he moved into the Northridge Village, 10/13/16 after mom past away, 2/29/16. Big adjustment from the family home of 56yrs. Living 300 miles away & had the pleasure to visit only a few times. What I did observe was a beautiful, clean, friendly, activities if one wishes and dad's apartment was quaint, clean, large enough for him! please be very careful if you are thinking having a friend/relative or parent move into this facility. I toured the facility this past Saturday, received all of the info i needed and was very clear with Lexie (salesperson), that in no way were they to go contact my mom at the rehab facility or talk to her. I was in the process of looking at various locations, and would be in contact with them if i needed further assistance. The Village at Northridge is one of a kind. The community and the staff are so humble and I see the the whole package of care is 5 star. I always feel welcome when I walk inside the community. They are so welcoming and certainly I highly recommend living there for seniors. The food is amazing as well. Bravo!

The place is incredible but the manager (Tom Rekowski )is very rude , not friendly at all . He needs to be more friendly to feel more welcomed !!
My mom only lived here for 4 months but in that time they made her feel very welcome and treated her so nice. She unfortunately passed away and during the time my brother and I were closing up her place they could not have been more nice. They offered us access to the dining room which saved us so much time to get our meals and the food was seriously very good. This is not a cheap place to put someone but if you can afford it there is no reason not to put someone here. Thank you so much staff at the Village

We lost our dad in July of 2022, leaving my Mom to sell her house (it took almost one year) and find a suitable independent living community for her to be safe and happy in.
