The grounds are clean and gardens are manicured. The playgrounds are handy for children’s entertainment. Such a great atmosphere for any family.

Verified Renter In my opinion, this is the best place that I’ve lived in since I started renting apartments and that’s a long time ago very long time ago :-) have a great staff and the staff work so well with the maintenance and everything is one so smoothly and there’s a problem staff is always there to help you out! I would recommend this complex to anybody because it would be a benefit for them??

Verified Renter It good to live in but rent is high for one bedroom. Has a small dog park which could be bigger. Residents are alright and it’s quiet and peaceful sometimes

Verified Renter The Villages at Pecan Grove has been a wonderful home for the past year. Just renewed my lease in January! The grounds are clean and well maintained, amenities are awesome (the gym is large for an apartment gym and even with multiple others around, it doesn’t feel crowded), there is a car wash and dog park on site, and they just put in electric vehicle charging which is a huge plus!
