Verified Renter Just moved in amazing views and friendly atmosphere minor issues here or there but nothing off putting at all. Id recommend considering Pecan Grove if you are looking for an apartment that makes home feel like a vacation

Verified Renter Excellent place to live however since some Magnolia South residents use Old Adams Road as a racetrack with their loud cars the tranquility of living here is frequently disturbed.

Verified Renter Best place I’ve ever lived. I love my neighbors and everyone here. They have great amenities - dog park - pool - gym - and just about everything you need. They have parties and get together which are fun and easy to meet other residents. The apartments are luxurious.
