Peaceful Waterford I moved to The Waterford a number of years back and have been through few managements. Overall, The Waterford is a clean, quiet and peaceful place to live with decent neighbors. The apartment is close to everything yet tucked away for peaceful, quiet natural living. The current management is communicative. Maintenance issues are promptly attended to upon request. Juan in particular is very friendly, jovial, high-energy and detailed with maintenance requests. Kudos to him and the rest of the team! Lad.

Maintenance Service On time This apartment has a new management now and taking care of any maintenance issue on time. The maintenance person,Juan is always polite and he does his job very decently.

New management and new hope This property moved to new management and they are doing some good progress on the overall property by renovating many community buildings. Juan the maintenance guy is great on any of our calls.
