Average place to... (Verified Renter) Average place to stay now. It used to be good in 2015 through 2017. No safe place to play for children and sports court is almost non-functional now.
I loved the... (Verified Renter) I loved the community and location but thought the unit was slightly overpriced. This is because I do not care about on site amenities which just means this is not a god fit for me not that the unit is overpriced for others
I would because... (Verified Renter) I would because it's a great community and I loved the apartment and amount space. Only reason I wouldn't is because I experienced so many leaks and one took almost a week to fix. The other caused my carpet to have to be replaced and a week to fix. Over all too many LEAKS and water problems other than that great place.
