Wonderful Community - Highly Recommended The Waterford possesses multiple positive qualities. First, the location is perfect: it is within close proximity to local greenways, restaurants, schools, shopping centers and grocery stores, while also being adjacent to major metropolitan areas including Chapel Hill, Durham, and Raleigh. Great Experience first time in USA Waterford apartments administration like the color of water, Where everything is straight forward and beautiful services. I like and love to stay in water ford only until I buy a new house.
Renter Beware! Just turned in keys after living in this complex for 1 lease term. It was absolutely terrible! Pest problems. Vandalism issues because of the constant kids running around, kicking soccer balls in the parking lot. I ended up with scratched in the side of my car even after parking far away from my apartment to try to get away from the 50 kids that run a muck through the parking lots. Review after 1 year lease Persistent pest problem. Took several days to fix A/C. There is no A/C technician available in-house. Management team did not provide any evidence for move out charges after several attempts at contacting them.
rooms are too small, and price is so high. when you move out the management give you really hard time and they charge a lot.an employee in the office is so unprofessional and rude. rooms are too small, and rent is so high. I am being too honest here.it wasn't worth it to live there.

Broken Promises This place promised a healthy living and upgrades. Too many switches between management companies. Additional hidden fees not listed in contract. Unhealthy garbage practices leading to pollution vis runoff of local stream and water supply. Promised new locks but we still have old broken locks. Great place to commit a crime as door hinges and locks won’t stop a child from kicking them in. I find at least 3-5 cockroaches a day. Not safe and irresponsible manager Recently moved in here but unlike the other reviews below, I do not have good opinion about this apartment. This apartment is not safe for living, you will find different types of bugs inside and lots of bees and snakes outside of your apartment. Heating issues in bedroom, toilet seat goes sideways, lots and lots of bugs, stove burner goes crazy sometimes which triggers fire alarms, no sunshine etc. Your service requests will be in a backlog for weeks, nobody knows ETA.
