Wonderful Community - Highly Recommended The Waterford possesses multiple positive qualities. First, the location is perfect: it is within close proximity to local greenways, restaurants, schools, shopping centers and grocery stores, while also being adjacent to major metropolitan areas including Chapel Hill, Durham, and Raleigh.
