“Quiet location with comfortable beds. Beach is behind property in neighborhood area” A friendly greeting from staff would be nice. I encountered a not so responsive welcoming and that is something that sets the stage for your stay. I felt the same way at checkout. The room and location of property were quiet, cleand and comfortable.

“Great location, room needs a new bed.” The bed was not comfortable at all, and smaller than I was led to believe we had reserved. Location was perfect. Across the street from the monarch butterfly sanctuary, and within walking distance to the ocean. Perfect for us.

“The site was adequate for our needs.” Limited selection at the breakfast. Out dated appearance. Quality of steps to 2nd floor was marginal. Bed comfortable. Quiet location. Larger than typical room. Refrigerator and microwave were a plus.
