So far so good! I have no complaints at all. From the staff in the office, to the move in day. Everyone and everything went well. The fact that there are plenty of stores around the area is awesome. I like how clean and beautiful the neighborhood looks as well. Very neat a clean hallways and beautiful manicured grass. I just love everything so far about the willows. Wilbert in the office, was awesome. He is polite and kind and very friendly. I just love him.
I've been living here for around 8 years, and for 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, the apartments are budget-friendly, compared to other options in Gaithersburg. It's also a pretty convenient area since public transportation and grocery stores are very close, so it's easy to get around without a car. Staff & Service? SUPER Friendly and professional. The community of the residents who reside here are great. Everyone pretty much gets along. It’s a safe community day and night, you can go out safely at night to walk your pet. Adriana is also a great person, she’ll attend you very well if you need assistance with applying or requesting a fixing for your apartment.
Being in the willows community is a privilege. I'm so lucky to be one of those. The setting is welcoming, nice, clean, affordable. Above all the staff is just amazingly awesome, full of loving-kindness, serving and solving the resident's concerns with professionalism, and a sincere smile. However, I'd like the company to also build some three-bedroom apartments. 100% thumb up for the willows rental apartment.
Good place to live in and good community around. Swimming pool, recreation area, close to shopping centers. I love it 😍
