It's really difficult to complete this survey after just placing my order. Although the website and checkout were fine, I cannot say if I would or would not recommend your company until I get my order and have completed the whole purchase order experience. This survey would be more useful a few days after receiving an order.
the options and quality of your product, reasonable pricing
It was really easy to find what i wanted and the prices are WAY better for the jacket. Warming clothing needed for teen with severe anemia where the cold really hurts. Looking forward to seeing her in less pain. I hope this works. If my neuropathy doesn't get better after chemo I'll have to get some gloves and socks for me too.
The website was very easy to navigate and to order from good description of the products and a good selection
I saw coupon codes for reduced pricing/shipping and none of them worked. I tried to call on the telephone and automated responses, which disconnected me. Under restrictions, there was no listing. It did not specifically say on site whether all discounts were already applied.
They had what I was looking for and were competitively priced but it wouldn't allow me to check out with my Amazon account because it kept saying my billing name wasn't there and there was no for me to enter it without paying with a different source.
They had a lot of choices. Which was convenient. I was disappointed with the coupon though. It would not accept the discount that they just sent me via email.
