Very positive experience when I called for advice about heated socks for my husband. Very courteous and informative, quickly narrowing my options and making my final selection very easy!
Had a hard time determining which pair o socks to purchase as the description for the one pair didn't say where the heating elements were located in the sock. I ended up going with those socks though because they have the remote which the other pair did not have. Also wasn't sure about the protection plan because it didn't really say whether damage due to pulling the socks on and off would be covered or if it's just defects of the manufacturer parts etc. Shipping cost to Canada is a bit more than I would have liked. I ordered my brother a heated vest on The Warming Store website for Christmas. I couldn't decide on the volts and if I should get the one that has the USB port in it. It says it stays charged for a decent amount of time, but I'm afraid it wont last that long. The reviews helped me pick this vest out and it was on sale. I probably wouldn't have bought the vest that I did if it weren't on sale.
The warming store had the most reasonable prices and the best selection of items I was looking for. I will be making another purchase for my husband and possibly my kids.
I've been experiencing freezing cold feet and went looking for warming products that wouldn't break the bank. I found exactly what I needed at the Warming store. My search gave me many choices and I'm happy with the product chosen and the price.
For what I wanted this store was perfect.
Instructions say to not let the heated soles fall below 25% charge. What are you supposed to do in the summer, keep them plugged in? They don't seem to ever turn off, but continue to flash green even when turned off.
