Nice to deal with a local company. They sell unique products at a decent price. Service has been very good.
I spoke with Chester originally, but dropped the call. I also spoke with Val, the supervisor. Unfortunately, I tried but was unable to reach Chester again. I found the item I was looking for altho I thought it was on the expensive side. They need to offer batteries as I had to find another store online to purchase another set of rechargable batteries for the heated slippers for convenience.
Ordering from the Warming store was easy they had a large selection of goods. However, when I submitted my order at first nothing happened, I had submitted the order, but left a required piece of information blank. After submitting the 2nd time I realized my mistake and entered the info. It would of been nice if the site did a better job of letting me know my mistake.
Got some great smart batteries for additional capacity.
