Ordering was very simple in the checkout process was easy, but figuring out what size and color to buy was a little more difficult because the pictures were too small and the colors not well enough to Defined

It would be nice if the sizing chart was accurate and the size given was consistent. I ordered a woman's large fearing it would be too small and it is too large.

The bad was..Since I was a first time customer I would get a !0% off my first purchase if I submitted my email. I got a coupon code of WELCOME10 and I immediately entered it and was told the code had already expired. I ended up calling them where I was given another code which didn't work, I was given another code and it worked. Other than the process was easy. The items I purchased were for a Christmas gift so I'm unable to comment on the product itself.

I bought a heated vest for work and it works great. Had one battery that would not work correctly and they replaced it right away.
