The Warming Store was created in 2008 by two cousins who did not like the cold. Over the years, we have become one of the largest online retailers of heated clothing, winter apparel, electronic heating as well as offering a comprehensive range of personal cooling products. We are still a family owned and operated business that prides itself on offering quality products at a great price. "$5 flat rate shipping is always available" is advertised at the top of the screen, not saying only in US until the order is placed. This caused me to feel cheated and tricked when the additional $30.00 was tacked on to my order for standard shipping at checkout. I won't order from here again because of this ridiculously high shipping cost. there was also coupons advertised for free shipping that are no longer valid. I just ordered this heated jacket. The reason I ordered from The Warming Store is because they had the best price and selection of what I was looking for.
