The Warming Store was created in 2008 by two cousins who did not like the cold. Over the years, we have become one of the largest online retailers of heated clothing, winter apparel, electronic heating as well as offering a comprehensive range of personal cooling products. We are still a family owned and operated business that prides itself on offering quality products at a great price. I am not sure I will recommend this site until I receive the product
I'm hopeful that I will be pleased with my purchase. I was disappointed in the customer service experience. The first time I called I had to leave a voice mail. The second time I called the agent that was to help me was not valuable in helping me. I escalated to a supervisor and he was very helpful.
Unclear whether battery harness was included with my purchase. Tried online chat bot which was useless.
I found a website that carries a warming vest to keep me warm in the winter, since I work outside and winter is coming. You should order one also from the warming store.
