My experience shopping online with the warming store has been very good. The heated vest purchased from them a few years ago is wonderful. My serious complaint is that the 3 volt batteries needed to power the vest go dead over the summer when I am not using the vest and they will not recharge at all! I am forced to buy a new battery every year if I want to use the vest... very frustrating and expensive. I feel that The Warming Store needs to come up with a viable solution to this problem. I was looking for heated riding gloves for a friend. I had searched through several sites and came upon The Warming Store's website. I was quickly able to access the listing of gloves and found exactly what I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised at both the price and shipping costs.
The warming store has a large selection and reasonable prices
I called the customer service dept and was not given very helpful information. The product knowledge was minimal and communication skills were lacking. I also signed up for email notification and expected to receive a 10% discount on my order but it did not appear at checkout.
Overall a good shopping experience.
Great
They have a lot of options for me to deal with the Raynaud's. Once I get cold it's very hard for me to warm up. It's painful and sometimes disabling.
