This website was very easy to navigate, I had a few questions on the product so i called in and got all my questions answers quickly and clearly.

I was confused with your site information on the describtion . So I call. Your site said I need a y harness and a single controller but you were out of y harness for my waders . So I order them derictly from Gerbing. When I got your order it had a y harness in with the socks. So I have to send back the controller and y harness for my 7 volt socks. The description makes it sound much warmer than it really is. I expected it to warm the entire jacket, including sleeves. Only the center parts of front and back heat up. The jacket looks nice and fits well, I just wish it were warmer. I suppose I will need to wear another coat over it.
