Over the years, we have become one of the largest online retailers of heated clothing, winter apparel, electronic heating as well as offering a comprehensive range of personal cooling products. We are still a family owned and operated business that prides itself on offering quality products at a great price. The website froze. I finally had success by letting it sit over night.
I would have liked to order a Gerbing jacket but they did not have my size in the item I wanted.
I had questions regarding some of the products. I called the customer service, and it was answered quickly by a knowledgeable and courteous man that answered all my questions and also checked availability! He offered to place the order if it would be more convenient for me. He asked a couple times if I had any other questions or if he could help in any other way! It was very time consuming to have to enter ALL of my data TWICE bc one of the Products that I wanted what is apparently out of stock – but after telling me that my order was not processed because it was out of stock I pretty much had to start over with entering all of my payment and shipping information and including the promo code! I’m sure that a lot of people do not get pair promo code discount because they assume and stayed there the first time they tried like I did initially
I'll need to experience the product before offering any insight into the quality etc. But, the online site was easy to navigate and the prices were more than reasonable.

I bought heated glove liners as a gift for someone 3 years ago, they were unfortunately damaged last year. His birthday is coming up and I thought replacements would be a great idea. Especially when he -30 degree celcius winters begin!
