Over the years, we have become one of the largest online retailers of heated clothing, winter apparel, electronic heating as well as offering a comprehensive range of personal cooling products. We are still a family owned and operated business that prides itself on offering quality products at a great price. They had the products I needed for the best price

Once I selected which category of product that I wanted, there was no way to sort by basic tags gender, price, etc. which was inconvenient. Also, some of the shipping options did not give an estimated arrival time, even after I put in my address. Everything else was fine.
The only thing I would like is if they had something that told you what the measurements are so you can get the correct size.
I was in need of the product. Was easy to locate what I wanted by using your website. Very simple.
I knew exactly what I wanted (I use these daily for a medical condition) and what a fair price is for buying in bulk. Found them quickly on the Warming Store site, had some rewards points to use, so just went ahead and put in the order.
Hopefully the item will be as advertised. Very easy to order. Website very easy to navigate.
I won't be telling anyone anything(this explains some of my answers) until I receive my merchandise. That would be a better time to rate my shopping experience. I'm not expecting anything less than what I ordered. I'm trusting you.
Good but iI wanted to buy a pair of Gerbing gloves but they were all out of stock and I could not back order them. Disappointed.
