Over the years, we have become one of the largest online retailers of heated clothing, winter apparel, electronic heating as well as offering a comprehensive range of personal cooling products. We are still a family owned and operated business that prides itself on offering quality products at a great price. I hope that the gloves that I purchased are as good as the description states. I need them for working in a freezer from time to time.
I kept checking on the status of my order and it never changed. I didn't receive my order within a week and didn't receive an e-mail stating why I hadn't received my order. I contacted customer service to inquire about the status of my order and was told it was on back order and would be shipped out in 7-10 days. I had no problem with that. It would have been, however, nice to have been updated as to why my order was taking so long. Once I received my order it was exactly as I expected. Great product.

Hi, I had very special needs concerning the heated gloves I wanted to purchase. Rob is an ANGEL and such a kind and experienced person. Trust me, he has been more than patient with me because it took a lot of time to finally narrow down the ultimate glove. Pray that you don't have to send the pad in for repair because of a feud between U.S. postal system and Orion over the address the lost my original pad and that's why I am buying another one. A dead lost could not file a claim.
I like the descriptions of product. Would be nice if you could include a video demo for the proper wear and use off the jackets.
