Over the years, we have become one of the largest online retailers of heated clothing, winter apparel, electronic heating as well as offering a comprehensive range of personal cooling products. I could not locate the warranty length.
I would have ordered an additional item, but it was out of stock.
Ought to have the batteries and chargers listed WITH the items..... chose a different brand because I couldn't get spare batteries.

Great selection of heated motorcycle gear
When trying to return an item last week it was more difficult than I felt it needed to be. I received no personal email response and finally had to give my information personally, information I had given previously twice through email. Once I spoke with a rep all things worked smoothly.
