The product is exceptionally good. Was disappointed I didn't get free shipping.
Since this is my first purchase I'm not yet in a position to comment on The Warming Store's customer service. Using their website was easy enough, except for one thing: I originally tried to make this purchase using my Amazon account as my payment method but received an error saying I needed to input the billing name, but then I wasn't able to find where I was supposed to enter it. Tried again using debit as payment method and the transaction was successful.
I'm a police officer in the northern states. Looking for a glove that keeps my fingers warm on those days I'm standing out in the cold. Wish they were all black but the warm fingers will make up for color.
Would not give me 10% off for first time purchase
