Over the years, we have become one of the largest online retailers of heated clothing, winter apparel, electronic heating as well as offering a comprehensive range of personal cooling products. We are still a family owned and operated business that prides itself on offering quality products at a great price. I WAS NEVER TOLD WHEN THE ITEM WOULD BE DELIVERED. YET IN THE SURVEY, I WAS ASKED WHEN I EXPECTED IT TO BE DELIVERED. THIS ANNOYED ME AND RESULTED IN MY GIVING SOM LOW RATINGS.

I was disappointed that I compromised on my choice because the item I actually wanted was out of stock but no info if it would be available in the future or discontinued. I could also not reach anyone by phone to discuss.
