On time and efficient
Service person arrived on time, was very communicative, and assessed fixed the issue quickly. He also assessed the damage to the ceiling caused by the A/C drain leak. Since the unit was under warrantee, he contacted his supervisor and told me he would be in touch with me in a couple of days. As promised, the supervisor contacted me and told me they would have the ceiling repaired at no cost to me. He gave me the name of the drywall person who would be contacting me.
